HOW DO WE DELIVER?
All orders within the UK are processed and despatched within 24 hours from our London warehouse. To ensure you receive your order in the most secure and quickest fashion, we have partnered up with Royal Mail and use the Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery Service for every single one of our orders placed here in the United Kingdom. Orders £75 and above, all come with tracked Royal Mail delivery.
We ship WORLDWIDE! Orders placed from outside the UK are all tracked, using the Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery Service, that efficiently work with a number of delivery couriers from around the world to ensure your order is received on time. As soon as your order is despatched, a tracking number will be provided by email.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. DOUDY cannot mark any package(s) as “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Here at DOUDY, your 100% satisfaction is our number 1 priority! We are more than happy to accept returns within 30 days from date of shipping if you decide to change your mind or if it just weren’t for you. The return however will not be covered by us.
Returned products must be in new unused condition, with all contents included and the plastic film must not have been removed from the phone case, otherwise we unfortunately won’t be able to accept the return.
Please note that in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please do contact us here and one of our after-sales team members will assist you until the matter is solved.
Have you accidentally ordered the wrong product? Or have we accidentally mixed up your order? No need worry, it happens. Simply just get in contact with us and we will do the following;
Provide you with a return postage label and as soon as we receive a confirmation that it has been sent out back to us, we will despatch to you the correct product on the same working day. For orders placed outside the United Kingdom, please do contact us here for further information.
IMPORTANT: The order must be returned, brand new and unused in its originally packaging.
LOST OR DAMAGED
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during the delivery of the product. If your order does get lost or arrives damaged, please do contact Royal Mail or your local courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
